A North Carolina agent working buyers and sellers
Victoria is a real estate agent in North Carolina. She works with buyers and sellers, including clients who are buying and selling at the same time.
We launched her campaign, and her first live transfer came about 2 weeks later.
A vacation during her first weeks
She was on vacation during her first weeks, so she did not answer every transfer we sent.
On video, she spoke about one of the sellers we transferred to her, and what that seller told her about choosing an agent.
Her own ad account, our team on the phones
The ads ran from Victoria's own ad account.
Our in-house sales team called every lead. Each one was qualified on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. Only the buyers and sellers who met all 6 were transferred to Victoria live on the phone. If a transfer missed one of the 6, we replaced it free. Every call was recorded.
In a little over 3 weeks after launch, we sent her 7 transfers. She was on vacation, so she answered 4 of them. She booked appointments with all 4.
In her first 60 days, we delivered 15 live transfers. In 4 months, we delivered 22.
A Sunday transfer and a Tuesday appointment
The 4 appointments from her first 3 weeks were two buyers in the $400K range, a cash buyer at $500K, and a buyer at $575K. Our team counted over $1.8M of volume in her pipeline from those 4 appointments.
Later, we transferred a seller who was also buying. Victoria connected with the seller on a Sunday and met with them that Tuesday. The home is a house on 5 acres, and Victoria recommended listing it at about $1.2M. The sellers plan to move to a 55-and-better community and buy a home around $500K, so Victoria would represent them on both the sale and the purchase.
“We're not interviewing any of the agents. We want to work with you.”
The sellers, as Victoria recounted on video
At the appointment, the sellers told her they were not interviewing any other agents and wanted to work with her. Victoria relayed what the seller said about the timing: "I'm selling it either way. It's just a question of when."
On commission, Victoria said the terms were 3.6% on the list side and 3% on the buy side, and that the sellers gave her no pushback on the numbers.
The receipts
Pulled from our internal wins channel and client messages. Client names redacted.4 for 4 on appointments and 22 live transfers
In her first 3 weeks, Victoria booked an appointment with every transfer she answered: 4 out of 4. Our team counted over $1.8M of volume in her pipeline from those appointments.
She also met the sellers with the house on 5 acres, who chose her without interviewing other agents and accepted her commission terms without pushback.
“They didn't give me any pushback on the numbers whatsoever.”
