Backstory
I started this company while working as a full time Realtor on one of the top performing real estate teams in Southern Arizona. I saw a huge flaw in the online lead generation space because my team was just going through agency after agency after agency. Everyone sold leads. Nobody delivered conversations.
There was a missing piece to the puzzle and I made it my mission to solve it: a trained human ISA team that calls every lead in minutes, qualifies them on six points, and transfers real buyers and sellers to the agent live on the phone.
Why we publish our numbers
This industry runs on promises. We decided to run on receipts instead. Every stat we print, from live transfers delivered to connect rates, comes from our internal tracking system, and we publish it publicly: in our press coverage, our case studies, and our research on lead economics.
How we work
We partner with a limited number of agents in each market, and we vet applicants rather than selling to anyone with a credit card. Ads run from your own account, the ISA team does the calling, and you take the transfer. You own everything we build.
