An independent agent in a small Arizona market
Trisha is an independent agent in Lake Havasu, Arizona.
Lake Havasu is a small market. There are fewer people to reach with ads than in a large metro area, and fewer buyers and sellers overall.
She works with buyers, including people relocating to the area and cash buyers.
Unsure a small market could support it
When we first started, Trisha was hesitant and nervous.
Her question was whether a market the size of Lake Havasu could support this kind of system. A smaller market means fewer people to advertise to, and she was not sure enough serious buyers and sellers would come through to make it worth it.
Same setup and the same 6 points
We launched Trisha's campaign on November 18, 2025. Ads ran from her own ad account.
Our in-house sales team called every lead and qualified each one on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. Buyers and sellers who met all 6 were transferred to Trisha live on the phone. If a transfer missed one, we replaced it free. Every call was recorded.
Only the buyers and sellers who had told our team their budget, timeframe and plans reached her phone.
Our team also checked in with her every couple of weeks to see how things were going.
There was no separate small-market version of the setup. She got the same process and the same standard as every other partner.
A first buyer who had rented for a year to be sure
Her first live transfer came on December 7, 2025. He was a buyer in the $700K range. He had sold his home in California. Before committing, he rented in Lake Havasu for a year to be sure. When our team reached him, he was ready to buy, and we transferred him to Trisha.
Two months after launch, Trisha had 6 live opportunities. They included multiple cash buyers and a $1.2M buyer. The others ranged from $350K to $700K. Total volume was $3.9M.
At three months, she closed her first deal with us at $415,000. Her second was under contract at $1,375,000. The two deals came to about $39,950 in commission. Total ad spend to that point was $2,849.
Later transfers included a roughly $2M cash buyer. In one two-week stretch, she was transferred an $800K cash buyer, a $780K cash buyer and a $425K buyer. Another was a $700K to $1M buyer moving within a month.
