A Tennessee agent starting a new campaign with us
Teri is a real estate agent in Tennessee. She works with buyers and sellers, including cash buyers and clients who need to sell a home before they buy the next one.
We launched her campaign, and her first live transfer came about two weeks later.
Whether the transfers would be serious buyers and sellers
The question for Teri was whether the people we transferred to her would be serious about buying and selling, not just curious.
“Ablaze is different because they have personable, experienced, hands-on training. The CRM is fantastic.”

On video, she described what stood out once the campaign was running: the number of leads that came in, our ISAs working them relentlessly, and how many reached her as live transfers. She said the team was personable and experienced, the training was hands-on, and the CRM was fantastic.
Her own ad account, our team on every lead
We launched Teri's campaign from her own ad account.
Our in-house sales team called every lead. Each one was qualified on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. When Teri picked up, the buyer or seller was transferred to her live on the phone. When she missed the call, our ISA booked the lead on her calendar for a follow-up. Either way, the ISA's notes went into her CRM. Every call was recorded.
“I have seen about 300 some odd leads come in, and the ISAs have been working those relentlessly.”
Teri, on video
About 2 and 1/2 months in, Teri said on video that she had seen about 300 leads come in and had received about 20 live transfers.
In under 4 months, we sent her 35 live transfers. 32 of them gave a purchase budget, from about $100K up to $4M to $5M. Together those budgets come to about $21M in pipeline volume, counting only what each buyer planned to spend, not the homes some of them are selling. Of the 35, 11 were buyers who also had a home to sell, and 16 planned to pay cash. Teri is still working them today.
One cash downsizer, from first call to contract
About 3 weeks after launch, our ISA connected Teri live with a buyer who wanted to move back to the area she came from. The ISA's notes: a buyer and seller, looking for a 3 bed, 2 bath ranch style home with a garage, not over $800K, paying cash, planning to move within the year, with no agent.
Teri met her in person. About 6 weeks in, they were out viewing homes together. In under 2 months, after a listing appointment at the client's house, Teri had a buyer broker agreement signed with her. On video, Teri said she was showing her both condos and single family homes to figure out her next chapter.
“I've already been on her listing appointment. I've been to her house. I've been showing her condos. I've been showing her single families.”

The search took time. Our team reported that they made three offers on other homes before the fourth one was accepted. In under 4 months from launch, the client was under contract on an $849K home, with closing scheduled. Teri is also set to list the client's current home, estimated at $925K. That is over $1.7M in total transaction volume from one live transfer, on about $2,000 in ad spend at that point.
The same transfers brought in other large buyers who are still in her pipeline. In one day we sent her two cash buyers, one around $1.1M ready to move as soon as possible and one under $800K. Her largest budget was a cash buyer looking at $4M to $5M for a home with land for his horses, who wanted to move within three months. These budgets are part of the $21M above, and none of them has a reported contract yet.
The receipts
The ISA's notes on the live transfer: a cash buyer and seller, not over $800K, no agent.
The same client in Teri's CRM, sourced from Facebook, valued at $1.7M: the $849K purchase plus the $925K listing.
Our team's post: two cash buyers transferred in one day. Both are inside the $21M in buyer budgets.
The ISA's notes on one of those two: retiring, around $1.1M, paying cash, moving as soon as possible.
Her largest budget: a cash buyer looking at $4M to $5M for a home with land for his horses. One client under contract, 35 transfers still being worked
Where it stands now: one cash buyer we transferred is under contract on an $849K home with closing scheduled, and her current home, estimated at $925K, is set to be listed with Teri.
Behind that client are 35 live transfers in under 4 months, with about $21M in combined buyer budgets. Of those, 11 also have a home to sell and 16 planned to pay cash. Our team reported more signed buyer broker agreements in hand.
“That's two buyer reps signed for sure. And then I'm about to have a listing agreement signed.”

Her campaign is still active, and she said she has already been putting our name out in her area.
