An agent in Oklahoma who did not come looking for us
Jim is an agent in Oklahoma. He works with buyers and sellers.
He did not come looking for us. Our team called him first, and he signed up shortly after.
This story covers his first months with us, using his own video review and our records.
Whether a company that called him was legitimate
Because the first contact came from us, Jim's question was whether the service was legitimate or another lead gen scam.
He answered that question himself on video, once he had results to point to. The review was published under the title "Is Ablaze Systems a SCAM? Honest Client Review." In it, he described what had happened since he signed up. Those events are below.
Ads from his own account and calls from our team
We launched his campaign with the ads running from his own ad account.
Our in-house sales team called every lead. Each one was qualified on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. Only the buyers and sellers who met all 6 were transferred to Jim live on the phone. If a transfer missed one of the 6, we replaced it free. Every call was recorded.
Jim did not have to call new leads himself. His time went to the appointments and meetings that came from the transfers.
7 qualified buyers in the first month
Just under a month after launch, he had spent $867 on ads. The campaign had generated 140 leads, and our team had transferred 7 qualified buyers to him live. One was a cash buyer planning to move in 3 months.
On one day, two transfers came in and both turned into appointments. One was a first-time buyer around $325K.
“I already have one under contract for a buyer, and that same buyer has a house to sell. She is getting that house ready for market, and then we will sign a listing agreement.”
Jim, on video
Just under 2 months after launch, Jim met another transfer in person and signed a buyer broker agreement with her. She was both a buyer and a seller: buying around $300K, with her current home expected to sell around $450K. Representing her on both sides came to about $22,500 in pipeline commission from one client. By then he already needed someone to help him with follow up.
The receipts
Pulled from our internal wins channel and client messages. Client names redacted.A buyer under contract and a listing next
When Jim recorded his video review in his third month, he had a buyer under contract. That buyer also had a house to sell. She was getting it ready for market, and they planned to sign the listing agreement next. He also had a meeting that week with another buyer.
In the video, he said he would recommend us to agents thinking about using the service. He also said that agents who had been called by us and had not made a decision yet should call back.
“I couldn't be happier with it.”
Jim, on video
In about 7 and a half months, we delivered 26 live transfers to him, 13 of them in his first 60 days.
