Starting over in Nevada without her sphere
Makenzie is an independent agent in Nevada. She is originally from Arizona, where she had a decent sphere.
When she moved to Nevada, she could not bring that sphere with her. New business depended on her sphere and random referrals.
At her old brokerage in Arizona, she was overworked. She made good money but worked endless hours. She did not want to spend 30 hours a week on the phones on top of serving her clients.
She had seen colleagues get burned
Makenzie was super nervous about partnering with a lead gen company. She had seen colleagues burned by companies that made promises and did not keep them. She was afraid she would get burned too.
“I'd seen a lot of my colleagues use lead generation services like this one and just be really frustrated and unsuccessful.”

She did not want just leads. She could have run Facebook ads or paid for Zillow leads herself. She wanted leads worked until they were ready to talk to a local expert.
Over 200 leads, filtered before they reached her phone
We showed Makenzie proof before she signed, and she decided to go ahead. We launched her campaign from her own ad account.
Our in-house sales team called every lead. Each one was qualified on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. Only the buyers and sellers who met all 6 were transferred to Makenzie live on the phone, or booked on her calendar when she could not pick up. If a transfer missed one of the 6, we replaced it free. Every call was recorded.
Within weeks, the ads generated over 200 leads. Makenzie did not have to sort through them. Our team called them and filtered them down to the qualified, unrepresented buyers and sellers. Every transfer came with the ISA's notes saved to her CRM: what the buyer wanted, their budget, their timeframe, and how they planned to pay.
Ten good referrals and 2 buyer agreements
Her first live transfer came about 2 weeks after launch. He was a first-time buyer already pre-approved for $400k, looking in the $400k-450k range. Soon after a transfer, she wrote to us: "Good morning! Just set my first appointment from a live transfer, WOOHOOOOO! Thanks team."
In the 30 days after her first transfer, we sent her 10. After another buyer conversation, she wrote: "Docs are out for signature!!" That made 2 buyer broker agreements in less than a month. She added: "That's all you guys. Thanks for all you're doing!"
“I've been blown away by the results and have never had a lead gen tactic that works as quickly or successfully as this has.”

That first transfer became her first contract. Within about 5 weeks of the transfer, she had an offer accepted on a $450,000 home and was under contract. A little over a month in, she recorded a video. She said she had received ten good referrals, one of them under contract, and that she had been really skeptical about moving forward at first.
The receipts
Her first live transfer: the ISA's notes on a pre-approved first-time buyer. This buyer became her first contract.
Makenzie setting her first appointment from a live transfer.
Makenzie confirming 2 buyer broker agreements in less than a month.
The largest stated budget among her transfers: a first-time buyer willing to go up to $1.7 to $1.8 million.
A cash buyer, up to $600K, selling her own home and ready to move.67 live transfers in 5 months
In 5 months, we delivered 67 live transfers to Makenzie, each qualified on the same 6 points. 47 of them were connected to her live on the call. The rest were booked on her calendar as follow-ups.
57 of the 67 buyers gave our ISA a price range. Added together, those stated budgets come to $25M+ in buyer pipeline. That figure is what the buyers said they wanted to spend, not sales. 15 of them said they would pay cash, and 29 were first-time buyers. The largest was a first-time buyer willing to go up to $1.7 to $1.8 million.
“Asa and his team do deliver on what they say they will.”

Where it stands now: her first contract, the $450,000 deal, later fell through, and her CRM shows no closing from these transfers yet. What she has is a pipeline she did not have before. She no longer has to wait on her sphere or random referrals for new business.
