An agent in North Carolina
Sean is an agent in North Carolina. He works with buyers and sellers.
His first live transfer came in his first week after launch. This story follows one of those transfers: a homeowner who was selling her house and buying a new one at the same time.
Other agents were already after the seller
Sean was not the only agent trying to win this client. He said on video that two or three agents who live in her neighborhood had been pursuing her for two, three, four weeks before he met her.
The question was whether a live transfer from us could turn into a signed listing when local agents were already competing for it.
His own ad account and a transfer with both sides of a move
The ads ran from Sean's own ad account.
Our in-house sales team called every lead. Each one was qualified on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. Only the buyers and sellers who met all 6 were transferred to Sean live on the phone. If a transfer missed one of the 6, we replaced it free. Every call was recorded.
For this transfer, our ISA notes said she was both a buyer and a seller, she wanted a new build single family home, and she planned to pay mostly cash.
A little over a month after launch, $1,339 had been spent on his ads in total.
Signed on the first day they met
Sean met with her for a listing consultation. Her house was worth about $500K, and she was also buying in the range of $350K to $400K.
He described how the first meeting went. He had about a 20-minute conversation with her in person. Her husband used to play professional baseball, and he and Sean then talked baseball for about 45 minutes. Sean said they signed with him the first day he met with them.
“There are two or three agents that live in there who have been dogging her for two, three, four weeks.”

By the time he recorded his video, the listing was going live the next day. He had brought in his stager, had video and photos taken the week before, a couple of showings scheduled for the weekend and an open house on Saturday.
The receipts
Pulled from our internal wins channel and client messages. Client names redacted.A $499K listing and a new construction purchase
Sean listed the house at $499K. The seller had picked out her new home, a new construction purchase around $380K to $390K. The builder would not write that contract until she had a contract on her house, and Sean said new builds there take 7 to 9 months. He said he was at 3% on both sides.
Our team put the two sides at almost $27,000 in pipeline GCI, a little over a month after launch, with $1,339 spent on ads. Neither deal had closed when he recorded his video. Sean said he expected two deals within the next 30 to 60 to 90 days.
“They signed with me the first day that I met with them.”
