An experienced agent in Connecticut
Dee is an experienced real estate agent in Connecticut. Her campaign launched six days after she signed with us.
Her first live transfer came the day after launch.
Whether high price buyers would sign with her
The question was whether buyers in the $1M range, reached through online ads, would sit down with her and sign.
“I'm not pushy. I'm an experienced agent.”
Dee, on video
Dee does not sell with pressure. On video, she said she is not pushy and that she is an experienced agent. In the meeting she described, she sat down with the buyers, they talked, and they worked things through.
Her own ad account, our team on the phones
We launched Dee's campaign from her own ad account.
Our in-house sales team called every lead. Each one was qualified on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. Only the buyers and sellers who met all 6 were transferred to Dee live on the phone. If a transfer missed one of the 6, we replaced it free. Every call was recorded.
In her first two weeks, we sent her 4 live transfers on $416 in total ad spend. 3 of the 4 were homeowners thinking about selling as well. One was looking to buy in the $1M price range and planned to move in the next few months.
In 6 months, we delivered 49 live transfers to her, 31 of them in her first 90 days.
A Saturday meeting and a signed buyer broker agreement
One transfer came in looking in the $1.1M price range. He was an experienced buyer, getting married and upsizing, and pre-approved. A little over a month after the transfer, Dee met the couple on a Saturday and signed them to a buyer broker agreement. Our team counted over $30,000 in pipeline GCI from that one deal. The couple may also sell their current house eventually.
Dee described the meeting on video. The buyer brought his fiance. He had a bad experience with an agent before. They sat down and talked it through, and by the end of the meeting his fiance said she was ready to sign. They signed. Their price range was $1M to $1.1M, and Dee said they were not in a rush but wanted to find a home they would both like.
“By the end, she turned to him and said, "I'm ready to sign." And they signed.”

She then signed a second client from a live transfer: a first-time buyer around $1M who also plans to sell her parents' current home. That buyer signed a buyer broker agreement and was actively looking at homes in the $1M range.
In her sixth month, we sent her another live transfer in the $1.3M price range, looking to move as soon as possible, with at least 50% to put down. Pipeline GCI on that one was around $39,000.
The receipts
Pulled from our internal wins channel and client messages. Client names redacted. Two signed buyers totaling $2,100,000
Two of Dee's live transfers became signed buyer clients in the $1M range: $2,100,000 in combined buyer volume and over $45,000 in pipeline GCI. Both signed buyer broker agreements.
One was an experienced buyer who had a bad experience with an agent before. The other was a first-time buyer who also plans to sell her parents' current home, which could add a listing.
