An agent who had never hired an ISA
Nick is an agent in South Carolina. He also gets business from Zillow and his sphere.
He had never hired an ISA.
His first live transfer came a month after his campaign launched.
He had interviewed other companies
Before us, he had interviewed other companies but never went ahead with any of them.
“I never pulled the trigger on the others I interviewed.”

Live transfers plus written ISA notes on every call
The ads ran from Nick's own ad account. Our in-house sales team called every lead and qualified each one on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. Buyers and sellers who met all 6 were transferred to Nick live on the phone. If a transfer missed one, it was replaced free. Every call was recorded.
After each transfer, Nick also received written ISA notes. The notes covered when the buyer was moving, what area, what price, cash or lender, whether they were working with an agent, and whether there was a signed agreement.
“One of the best things I'm seeing is the ISA notes. They're really asking the good questions and giving me the crucial info right there, even when I miss the live connection. That's invaluable.”
Nick, on video
On video he said the notes meant he still had the crucial information even when he missed the live connection.
He also said our team was doing "all the very thoughtful, compliant things."
A first-time buyer under contract in 14 days
In his second month, we transferred a first-time buyer who was pre-approved and wanted to move as soon as possible. 14 days after the transfer, the buyer was under contract on a $180,000 deal, with inspections underway.
It was Nick's first client under contract with us. He had spent $1,000 total on ads, and the deal carried $5,400 in GCI.
He met another buyer in person and connected them with a lender, and the buyer was putting an offer on a $300K home. Another lead came in at a $200K budget, then said her budget went up to $600K, all cash, for a pipeline $18,000 in GCI.
About 3 months after launch, we transferred an all cash buyer relocating from Florida, looking in the $750,000 to $850,000 range and moving within a month or two. Our team put the pipeline GCI at $24,000. That same week, Nick had a $300,000 deal in escrow and closing, for another $9,000 in GCI.

His first client went under contract 14 days after the live transfer, on $1,000 of total ad spend. He remains an active partner.
“I'm predicting volume increases here. That is exactly what I was looking for.”
Nick, on video
Nick said competitors had called him wanting him to come back, and that with the quality of the leads he was not really needing homes.com. He said our leads were supplementing his business from Zillow and his sphere, and that he was predicting volume increases.
