A luxury agent in Utah with a team behind her
Julie is a luxury agent in Utah.
She works with a team. A member of her team was the first to meet her $1.5M buyer in person.
Her campaign with us ran for about 5 and a half months, from launch until her service was completed.
Luxury buyers only
Julie is a luxury agent, so the transfers we sent her were luxury buyers. A transfer was only useful to her if the buyer had a real budget at her price point, a timeframe, and no other agent already working with them.
Ads from her own account, transfers live on the phone
The ads ran from Julie's own ad account. Our in-house sales team called every lead and qualified each one on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and not already working with another agent. Buyers and sellers who met all 6 were transferred to Julie live on the phone. If a transfer missed one, it was replaced free. Every call was recorded.
Over about 5 and a half months, we delivered 14 live transfers to her.
A $1.5M buyer who was in town and toured in person
One of the early transfers was a buyer with a budget of about $1.5M. Julie first handed him to a member of her team. He happened to be in town, so her team member showed him property while he was there.
Julie described what happened next on video. The buyer got a tour of the canyons and was shown property, including a town home. Julie signed a buyer broker agreement with him and set him up on an auto feed of listings. She said she had kept in touch with him since.
“He was actually in town, and we showed him property.”

When our rep went over that first batch of six transfers with her, the rep noted that one buyer had looked at properties in person in the $1.5M price range. Julie answered: "That was a good one." She said another lead from the same batch "is also a decent one."
Our team's report on that batch counted 2 buyers with buyer broker agreements signed: one at $1,000,000 and the $1.5M buyer, for $2.5M in volume together.
The receipts
Pulled from our internal wins channel and client messages. Client names redacted.$2.5M in volume from 2 of her first 6 transfers
Our team reported Julie's early results: out of the first 6 live transfers we sent her, 2 accounted for $2.5M in volume. Both buyers were already out looking at properties with buyer broker agreements signed.
The largest was the $1.5M buyer her team member showed property to while he was in town. Julie signed the buyer broker agreement with him and kept him on an auto feed.
“I have a signed buyer broker agreement with him and have him set up on an auto feed. He's a good one, and I've continued to communicate with him.”
Julie, on video
In total, we delivered 14 live transfers to Julie in about 5 and a half months. Each one was qualified on the same 6 points before it reached her phone. Her service was then completed.
