A live transfer means a trained human ISA already called the lead, qualified timeline, financing, and motivation, and connected them to the agent's phone while the conversation was warm. Not a form fill. Not a shared lead sold to five agents.
Why Washington is open territory
Washington is an open market: we do not have a partner in most Washington metros yet, including Seattle, Spokane, and Tacoma. That is not a countdown or a sales tactic. Ablaze vets applicants rather than selling to anyone with a credit card, and open territory goes to the first qualified agent in each market.
Washington splits into two very different markets: the Puget Sound corridor and the Spokane side. Both reward the agent who gets the first real conversation, and both are territories we have not yet filled.
