A live transfer means a trained human ISA already called the lead, qualified timeline, financing, and motivation, and connected them to the agent's phone while the conversation was warm. Not a form fill. Not a shared lead sold to five agents.
Where in California we operate
Our California partners work markets including Dublin, Carmichael, El Dorado Hills, West Sacramento, Whittier, Bellflower, and Valencia, plus surrounding areas. Coverage follows our partners: when we sign an agent in a California market, our ISA team qualifies and transfers buyers and sellers in that market to them.
That splits roughly between the Bay Area and Sacramento region in the north and the Los Angeles basin in the south, which mirrors where California transaction volume actually concentrates.
We deliberately keep partner density low. Ablaze vets applicants rather than selling to anyone with a credit card, so many California markets still have room for one strong agent or team.
