A Keller Williams agent in Oklahoma City
Jim is an agent with Keller Williams in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He works with buyers and sellers.
He did not come looking for us. Our team called him in December 2025, right before Christmas. He signed up at the beginning of January 2026.
Before his campaign, he had not worked with us. The first months of the partnership are described below, using his own video and our records.
Whether a company that called him was legitimate
Because the first contact came from us, the question was whether the service was legitimate. His video review was later published under the title "Is Ablaze Systems a SCAM? Honest Client Review."
In that video, he answered the question by describing what had happened since he signed up. Those events are below.
“They called me in December of 2025 right before Christmas, and I actually signed up at the beginning of January”

He also said in the video that the team had promised him three in 90 days when he signed up. In the video, he reported where things stood against that promise.
Ads from his own account and calls from our team
His campaign went live on January 6, 2026, with ads running from his own ad account.
Our in-house sales team called every lead. Each lead was qualified on 6 points: budget, timeframe, motivation, financial status, search criteria, and whether they were already working with another agent. When a lead passed, we transferred them to Jim live on the phone.
If a transfer missed one of the 6 points, we replaced it free. Every call was recorded.
Jim did not have to call new leads himself. His time went to the appointments and meetings that came from the transfers.
7 qualified buyers in the first month
Just under a month after launch, he had spent $867 on ads. The campaign had generated 140 leads, and our team had transferred 7 qualified buyers to him live. One was a cash buyer planning to move in 3 months.
On one day, two transfers came in and both turned into appointments. One was a first-time buyer around $325K.
“I already have one under contract for a buyer, and that same buyer has a house to sell, and she is getting that house ready for market, and then we will sign a listing agreement.”
Jim, recorded March 2026
Just under 2 months after launch, Jim met a transfer in person and secured a buyer broker agreement. She was both a buyer and a seller, buying around $300K with her home expected to sell around $450K. That came to about $22,500 in commission from one deal. By then he already needed someone to help him with follow up.
The receipts
Pulled from our internal wins channel and client messages. Client names redacted.A buyer under contract and a listing next
In the middle of March 2026, Jim recorded his video review. He had one buyer under contract. The same buyer was getting her house ready for market, and they planned to sign a listing agreement. He also had a meeting that week with another buyer.
Against the promise of three in 90 days, in the middle of March 2026 he had the buyer under contract, her listing coming, and the next buyer meeting set.
“So, I couldn't be happier with it.”
Jim, Oklahoma City
In his video, he said he would recommend us to agents thinking about using the service. He also said that agents who had been called by us and had not made a decision yet should call back.
We have delivered 26 live transfers to him since launch.
